Frankie started Shire Promotions while she was running a village pub with her husband Dan. Having loved all aspects of events, she wanted to carry on utilising the different skills she had in her future endeavours.
Wedding planning and coordination quickly became the passion, which shines through upon meeting Frankie and her team.

The perfect package for couples who have everything planned, they just need it executed and managed. We coordinate with your suppliers and venue/venue staff to organise all the logistics and be the point of contact throughout.
What’s Included?
- Our first meeting and consultation. We will discuss all things wedding, where you may need our help and answer any questions you may have
- Full plan from our discussions, ready to evolve as your ideas come to life
- A venue meeting, whenever you are ready before your wedding. We will go through your vision and the logistics of the day
- The Big Day! We will be there, executing your plan, coordinating your suppliers, ensuring your day runs smoothly.

Partial Planning
This package is great to get you started. You may have some ideas, but not know where to start. This is where we come in.
What’s Included?
- Our “On the day Wedding Management” Package
- We will research all suppliers that fit your requirements, everything from venue to photographer and supply you with a fact sheets and recommendations
- An extra meeting or two to keep your plans going, creating schedules and sticking to the budget

Our fully bespoke package! We understand that not one package fits all and this is where this comes in handy. It includes all the parts of our “Partial Planning” package plus but not limited to the below
